Write the decision sentence
Use: “Regarding [subject], is [event or condition] likely by [date], and what should I verify before [action]?” Keep it beside the chart.
Separate facts from fears
List two or three facts, then the uncertainty. “The invoice is 14 days overdue; delivery was acknowledged; no dispute was received” is context. “They do not respect me” is an interpretation.
Lock the success condition
Choose the closing evidence: “payment reaches the account,” not “the situation feels better.”
Lock the casting moment and time zone
