This Privacy Policy explains how Oracle East (“Oracle East”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a service operated by Horizon Nexus Technologies LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, United States), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit oracleeast.com, use our free tools, or purchase a reading. By using our website or submitting your details, you agree to the practices described below.

To provide astrology and Chinese metaphysics readings, we collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Identity & contact data: full name, email address, and any message you send us.
- Birth data needed for a reading: date of birth, time of birth, country and city of birth, and gender. This data is necessary to calculate your chart and prepare your reading.
- Order & payment data: the service you selected, price, and billing details. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and analytics.
2. Why we collect it (purpose)
- To calculate your chart and deliver the reading or report you requested.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process payments and issue receipts or refunds.
- To send the email delivery of a free or paid report, and (only with your consent) occasional updates.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. How long we keep it
We keep order and reading records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Birth data submitted for a free tool is retained only as long as needed to generate and email your result. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).
4. Who can access it & third-party services
Your data is accessible only to authorised Oracle East / Horizon Nexus Technologies LLC personnel who prepare your reading and provide support. We also rely on trusted third-party providers who process limited data on our behalf:
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Contact Form 7 / website hosting – to receive and store your form submissions.
- MailPoet – to send email delivery and updates.
- Google Analytics – anonymised website usage statistics.
- Cloudflare – content delivery and security.
- AI processing – for some free chart tools, birth data may be processed by a third-party AI service solely to generate your snapshot; it is not used to identify you.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes above.
5. International transfers
Oracle East is operated from the United States, and some of our providers process data in the US or other countries. By submitting your information you understand it may be processed outside your country of residence, with appropriate safeguards in place.
