How the chart becomes a judgment
The Human Element feeds the General. Work, time or deliverables have moved outward; the other side has received the benefit.
The timing position feeds the Human Element. This is a counter-signal against assuming the client is completely insolvent or that the commercial relationship has ended.
天空 makes verbal assurance insubstantial, while constrained 朱雀 points to acceptance, invoice, purchase-order or approval documentation that has not completed.
