This Privacy Policy explains how Oracle East (“Oracle East”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a service operated by Horizon Nexus Technologies LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, United States), collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit oracleeast.com, use our free tools, or purchase a reading. By using our website or submitting your details, you agree to the practices described below.
1. What information we collect
To provide astrology and Chinese metaphysics readings, we collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Identity & contact data: full name, email address, and any message you send us.
- Birth and optional profile data: date of birth, approximate time of birth, country and city of birth, and gender when you choose to provide it. Birth data is required for birth-chart services and may be used for true-solar-time correction. The Qi Men and Jin Kou Jue calculators do not require birth data; their separate follow-up form lets you share these details voluntarily.
- Order & payment data: the service you selected, price, and billing details. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and analytics.
2. Why we collect it (purpose)
- To calculate your chart and deliver the reading or report you requested.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To personalise chart-related follow-up when you request it.
- To process payments and issue receipts or refunds.
- To send the email delivery of a free or paid report, and to send occasional OracleEast articles, new-tool notices, and service offers only when you select the separate marketing opt-in.
- Questions entered in the Qi Men or Jin Kou Jue calculator remain in your browser and are not submitted with the optional follow-up form.
- To maintain website security and understand how our site is used.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. How long we keep it
We keep order and reading records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. The English Zi Wei Dou Shu calculator requires an email address and your service consent to store your email and birth details before displaying the chart. We use the saved details to provide the requested chart service and contact you about that request; this does not subscribe you to marketing emails. For calculators that keep inputs in your browser and offer an optional follow-up form, we store the details you submit only when you request follow-up. If you separately opt in to marketing emails, we may retain your name, email, consent record, and any optional birth details you provide until you withdraw consent or for 24 months after your last interaction, whichever comes first. After an unsubscribe request, we may retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not email you again. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).
4. Who can access it & third-party services
Your data is accessible only to authorised Oracle East / Horizon Nexus Technologies LLC personnel who prepare your reading and provide support. We also rely on trusted third-party providers who process limited data on our behalf:
- Stripe – payment processing.
- Contact Form 7 / website hosting – to receive and store your form submissions.
- MailPoet – to send email delivery and updates.
- Google Analytics – anonymised website usage statistics.
- Cloudflare – content delivery and security.
- AI processing – for some free chart tools, birth data may be processed by a third-party AI service solely to generate your snapshot; it is not used to identify you.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only for the purposes above.
5. International transfers
Oracle East is operated from the United States, and some of our providers process data in the US or other countries. By submitting your information you understand it may be processed outside your country of residence, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We use essential cookies to run the site and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Your rights & how to request deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. To make a request, email us at [email protected] (or [email protected]) with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
